Tiles By Portfolio supply direct to many housebuilders from private developers with small schemes through to large developers building new estates.
We will take any ideas and source samples from our factory network to fit the builders plans and budget.
Delivery of samples and on site meetings are all part of Portfolio's service offering.
SHOWHOMES AND INITIAL DESIGN

Whether client direct or facilitated by the architect, Tiles By Portfolio will discuss initial design concepts and source product samples to fulfil the brief.
We also offer one to one appointments for new house purchasers to choose their specific fit out requirements, should the developer offer such a service.
We always advise on suitability of a product, such as anti slip ratings and general maintenance. Our showroom is the perfect location to start this process.
FULFILMENT OF ORDERS

Whilst we tend to drive developer fulfilment from stock ranges, it is necessary sometimes to import and deliver for bespoke projects.
Either way, Tiles by Portfolio will manage stock levels to ensure build programs are met and product is available on time.
DELIVER TO SITE
We pride ourselves on customer service and flexibility. We work closely with our house builder/developer clients to ensure products are delivered when needed and the necessary back up is in place for short notice product and material top ups.
Our capacity to store stock, allows our clients the flexibility and peace of mind to know stock is available for call off as and when required.
